The Oath of Peace

At the heart of World 5.0 is the Federation for Peace. It consists of those of us who take and honor the most important oath of all, The Oath of Peace.

The dysfunctional world4 culture promotes the opposite of peace, and Federation members must be prepared to stand in the face of that onslaught regardless of situation. The Oath of Peace allows no back-sliding for some other supposed goal.

For many of us this idea is foreign - that we can honestly commit to peace and honestly honor that commitment. The world4 culture has left us so distracted and disillusioned that some cynicism is understandable. And there will be failures, as we are biological, imperfect beings. But we will not be deterred from our goal.

As an oath, this cannot be taken without firm commitment, and without whole-hearted desire. It cannot be taken frivolously. If you are unsure whether to take this Oath, do not take it.

But clear intent is quite possible, and the reward for pursuing peace is finding it. As the core to Eternal Awareness, Peace never leaves This Moment. We can only leave it, and only that in illusion.

THE OATH FOR PEACE

I,__________, do solomnly commit myself to be bound and held by The Oath of Peace. I intent peace, for myself and all others, regardless of circumstance or conditions. I do not speak from anger, nor return hate with hate. I will not strike another, or pull the trigger, or push the button or otherwise initiate abusive or ruinous behavior, for such behavior prevents us from finding peace.

I will not seek advantage at the expense of others, as such efforts hold no Peace. I will not seek to manipulate others, as this holds no Peace. I will not seek to distract or antagonize, but move from Here to end such practices. I hold Peace in my heart, and let it emanate from my center through our world.

We of the Oath offer compassion with open arms, but resist manipulation and abuse with a firm hand. We of the Oath understand that while our opinions may differ wildly, our methodology is consistently helpful and respectful. We of the Oath recognize that in Peace We Align, with each other and with Our Source.
